Auctions may be held on or off site. The JAS on-site facility/gallery offers:

• Experienced staff to oversee all aspects of the auction
• 8,000 square feet auction floor space
• Wall-to-wall carpeting, large chandeliers
• Central heat and air conditioning as well as comfortable seating
• Handicapped accessibility
• Clean restrooms
• Free on-site parking
• Non-smoking facility. For smokers, an outdoor covered smoking area provided
• Complete inexpensive home-cooked meals, which vary weekly. Snack items also available

JAS is a full-service company conducting on-site and off-site oral/live auctions. Utilizing the latest technology via a computerized clerking and cashiering system for the past ten years, buyers are provided immediate itemized check-out invoices and sellers receive a complete organized as well as itemized report of all transactions within seven days of close of sale.
